Reflexology Wimbledon

Clinical Reflexology for Pain Relief and Athletic Performance

About Me

My journey into the world of healing began long before I became a reflexologist. As a child in the Czech Republic, I vividly remember walking on my father's back - my first, innocent foray into the world of massage. My father, a glassmaker by trade, understood the importance of body care. Every week, he would treat himself to a sauna and massage, instilling in me a deep appreciation for the healing power of touch.

My professional journey in bodywork began 15 years ago in the Czech Republic. Life then took me to Spain, where massage became a hobby, something I offered to friends and family while working in hospitality. When I moved to the UK, I continued in the hospitality industry, working in a Michelin-starred restaurant.

But the call to healing never faded. When my job in the restaurant ended, I seized the opportunity to train at the Raynor Massage School under David Taylor. It was here that I first recognised the profound importance of working with feet and hands. A one-day introduction to reflexology sparked my interest, leading me to explore the work of Hagar Basis, a legend in the field of clinical reflexology.

Eager to deepen my knowledge, I spent a year studying at the Reflexology Academy London. This intensive training, combined with my background in massage, provided me with a solid foundation in clinical reflexology. Even before I officially qualified, I was recommended for a position by Hagar Basis herself.

In my first year of practice, I completed over 1000 treatments. This hands-on experience, coupled with my formal training, has given me a deep understanding of the body's interconnectedness and the powerful healing potential of reflexology.

My practice isn't limited to my clinic. I've had the privilege of working with care homes, providing treatments to both staff and residents. The joy of providing relief and comfort for the patients, hearing their stories and giving back to society, is immensely rewarding. One of my most memorable experiences was treating a 103-year-old patient who really enjoyed the benefits of reflexology, living proof that anyone of any age can enjoy the restorative powers of reflexology.

Today, my approach to reflexology is clinical and results-oriented. I combine the best of Western science and Eastern techniques to provide high-quality, effective treatments. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from a sports injury, or simply seeking to enhance your overall well-being, I'm here to help.

I believe in the power of reflexology to not just relax, but to heal, to energise, and to optimise your body's natural functions. My goal is to meet you where you are in your health journey and provide targeted treatments that make a real difference in your life.

I'm excited to continue growing, learning, and helping people achieve their health and performance goals through the power of reflexology. If you're ready to experience the transformative effects of clinical reflexology, I'd be honoured to work with you.

This was so so much more therapeutic and valuable than I'd ever hoped or imagined. Thank you. I will most definitely be returning again soon.
