Reflexology Wimbledon

Initial Consultation and Treatment (75 minutes) – £100 

This first session is designed to build a clear clinical picture and set strong foundations for treatment. 

It includes a comprehensive health consultation covering medical history, lifestyle factors, stress patterns, and current concerns, followed by a full reflexology treatment tailored to those findings. This session allows space for assessment, explanation, and treatment, ideal for new clients or those returning after a long break. 

Clients often leave with greater clarity about how reflexology can support them and what a suitable treatment plan may look like moving forward. 

Standard Reflexology Session (60 minutes) – £100 

A focused, clinically-led reflexology treatment designed to address ongoing needs. 

These sessions are ideal for follow-up work, maintenance, or targeted support for specific concerns such as stress, tension, sleep disruption, or persistent discomfort. Treatment is adapted session by session, responding to changes in the body and the client’s feedback. 

This is the most commonly booked option for clients attending reflexology as part of their regular wellbeing routine. 

Extended Session (90 minutes) – £145 

A deeper, more expansive treatment combining reflexology with assisted stretching. 

This session allows additional time to work with restriction, tension patterns and reduced mobility. The assisted stretching element supports the reflexology work by encouraging release, circulation and improved range of movement - particularly beneficial for clients experiencing stiffness, postural strain or long-standing tension. 

Extended sessions suit clients who need more time, deeper work or a more integrative approach.
